haven’t been to the gym for awhile, too nice to stay indoors. I’m really taking it easy on these upper body workouts because my upper body is so weak, actually, it’s because I have all these aches and pains in the wrong places. For example, when I do hammer curls, I feel it in my forearms rather than my biceps and I have had tendonitis problems there before (golfer’s elbow). So I’m hoping I can just get them used to moving with light weights and keep an eye on my form before ratcheting up the intensity.

oooh - ow! Hope you can get everything to improve and to start to hurt in the right places not the wrong ones
